Job Summary

Seeking a part-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner, the role will provide remote, evidence-based care focused on longevity and functional medicine, managing targeted therapies and optimizing long-term health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Prescribe and manage targeted therapies, including hormones and peptides
• Apply a root-cause, systems-based approach to optimize health outcomes
• Review diagnostics and lab results to guide therapy selection

Required qualifications

• Active NP license in California; additional multi-state licensure preferred
• Experience in functional medicine, longevity medicine, or metabolic health
• Comfort with prescribing optimization-focused therapies
• Strong grounding in safety, compliance, and state-specific NP practice requirements
• Telehealth experience and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment preferred
