California Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

To provide exceptional virtual care, the full-time California Licensed Nurse Practitioner will treat patients through tele-health visits, engage in continuous learning, and collaborate with a team while working evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls and video appointments
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds for continuous learning and professional development
• Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles to ensure coordinated patient care

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in a Physician Assistant program or an accredited FNP program with national certification
• At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the last 5 years
• Current California licensure with the ability to obtain additional state licenses
• Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday or Sunday
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
