Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Nurse Health Specialist with a California RN License.

Key Responsibilities

Provide triaging services for patients calling into the virtual care center
Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and manage patient care plans
Conduct outbound calls and virtual visits for patient follow-up and support

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Successful completion of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred
Current, unrestricted California RN license required
CPR certification is mandatory
Experience in gerontology, adult care, or home health preferred
