Job Summary
Seeking a California Licensed Nursing Academic Coach for a full-time remote position focused on supporting nursing students' academic progress and NCLEX-RN readiness through individualized coaching, structured remediation, and data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Provide individualized and small-group academic coaching to enhance student achievement and NCLEX-RN preparedness
- Analyze ATI performance data to develop targeted remediation plans and monitor student progress toward NCLEX readiness
- Collaborate with nursing faculty and program leadership to coordinate student support and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited institution
- Experience in supporting nursing students through teaching, tutoring, or NCLEX preparation
- Hands-on experience using ATI or a comparable nursing assessment platform
- Working knowledge of NCLEX-RN preparation, including Next Generation NCLEX clinical judgment
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills with a focus on measurable student outcomes
