California Licensed Nursing Content Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the undergraduate nursing content ecosystem, the full-time California Licensed Nursing Content Manager will manage a team of part-time NCLEX Content Leads and contracted editors, ensuring the quality and accuracy of content across NCLEX-RN, NCLEX-PN, and related nursing products in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development and improvement of nursing materials, including NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-PN content
• Recruit and manage a team of nursing content editors, providing feedback and support
• Review and ensure the accuracy of both author-submitted and AI-generated nursing content

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing; RN license and board certification required
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• At least 2 years of experience in nursing education or content development
• Demonstrated experience managing or mentoring a team
• Strong understanding of RN and PN scope of practice
