Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Nursing Specialist to support nursing-focused sales opportunities and serve as a nursing subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to support nursing-related sales opportunities and lead product demonstrations
• Provide clinical context to strengthen sales positioning and translate nursing pain points into value narratives
• Contribute clinical input for product refinement and represent nursing perspectives at conferences and events

Required Qualifications

• Active or prior RN license with strong hospital-based clinical experience
• Experience in clinical sales support, pre-sales, or healthcare technology
• Strong ability to explain nursing workflows and clinical concepts clearly
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
• Familiarity with EHR environments and nursing documentation workflows
