California Licensed Occupational Health Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse - Charge Nurse (RN) Telephonic Triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Injury Care Supervisor with team activities and staff supervision
• Provide telephonic follow-up and case closures according to policies and procedures
• Serve as an advocate for injured/ill workers and educate them about their health and treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of a Certified School of Nursing
• Active RN license required
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a case manager in a healthcare setting
• Membership with AAOHN and certification as COHN or COHN-S or COHN-C preferred
