Job Summary
To support a nationwide telehealth initiative, the part-time California Licensed Occupational Therapist will provide remote occupational therapy services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities and independence.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional functioning to determine their needs and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide remote occupational therapy services, including exercises and interventions
- Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and maintain accurate patient records
Required qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California State Occupational Therapy License or ability to apply
- Experience in a clinic or school setting or successful clinical interview
- Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through an all-inclusive platform
- Comfortable working with pediatric patients (18 months+)
