Job Summary
Defending developers and contractors in complex construction defect matters, the California Licensed Of Counsel Attorney will manage a litigation caseload, draft legal documents, and collaborate with colleagues in a flexible, hybrid or remote working arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Independently manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in the state of California
- 8+ years of defense litigation experience required
- Construction defect practice experience strongly preferred
- Experience drafting discovery and pretrial motions required
