Job Summary
Defending property owners and landlords in litigation, the California Licensed Of Counsel Attorney will manage habitability, wrongful eviction, and premises liability cases while working in a flexible, hybrid or remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
- Handle court appearances, depositions, mediations, and other litigation events
- Develop case strategy and manage a litigation caseload in a collaborative team setting
Required Qualifications:
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in California
- 5+ years of litigation experience required
- Experience in habitability, landlord-tenant, or premises liability litigation strongly preferred
- Experience drafting discovery and handling court appearances preferred
