Job Summary

Managing a variety of inbound tickets, the full-time California Licensed On-Call Coordinator will deliver exceptional customer service to caregivers and clients through phone and email correspondence while maintaining detailed records and resolving tickets effectively in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound tickets and live phone calls to provide support to caregivers and clients
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and interactions while ensuring effective communication with field teams
  • Accept coaching and feedback from team leaders to foster continuous improvement in service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service, especially with high call volumes, is preferred
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to learn company software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
