Job Summary

Providing concierge-level afterhours and weekend support, the part-time California Licensed On-Call Coordinator will manage inbound tickets and phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service for caregivers and clients while maintaining accurate records and communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of inbound tickets and live phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service
  • Maintain detailed records of transactions, interactions, and requests, coordinating with field teams as necessary
  • Accept coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement and demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance
Required qualifications
  • Prior experience in phone-based customer service, particularly in high call volume environments, is preferred
