Job Summary
Providing concierge-level afterhours and weekend support, the part-time California Licensed On-Call Coordinator will manage inbound tickets and phone calls, ensuring exceptional customer service for caregivers and clients while maintaining accurate records and communication.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a variety of inbound tickets and live phone calls while delivering exceptional customer service
- Maintain detailed records of transactions, interactions, and requests, coordinating with field teams as necessary
- Accept coaching and feedback to foster continuous improvement and demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in phone-based customer service, particularly in high call volume environments, is preferred
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn company software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
