Job Summary
Managing the onboarding process for new hires, the full-time California Licensed Onboarding Specialist will ensure all documentation is completed accurately and on time while serving as the primary point of contact for new employees in a remote and flexible work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the onboarding process from offer acceptance to start date for new hires
- Collect and track required employment and onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with Recruiting and Operations to manage start dates and onboarding timelines
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in onboarding, recruiting, HR, staffing, or a related administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or staffing is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally
