California Licensed Oncology Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of multiple clinical research studies and ensure compliance with study protocols
• Manage patient interactions, including recruitment, retention, and ensuring understanding of study requirements
• Maintain accurate documentation, including IP accountability and data entry into electronic data capture systems

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in an Oncology-specific Clinical Research setting
• Must have experience managing patients, including consent, vitals, and documentation
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in EPIC, Outlook, MS Teams, Word, and Excel
• Device trial experience and solely data trials experience are not accepted
• Spanish or Korean speaking skills are a plus
