California Licensed Oncology Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of oncology clinical trials, the Senior Manager, Oncology Trial Navigation will lead a remote, full-time team focused on operationalizing trial navigation, enhancing patient engagement, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve clinical trial enrollment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver patient eligibility notifications and facilitate referral workflows while ensuring timely follow-up and outcome tracking
• Operationalize outputs from an AI-enabled trial matching platform and track patient progression from identification through enrollment
• Lead the hiring and professional development of team members, driving a culture of continuous improvement and effective stakeholder management

Required qualifications

• Current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse, Certified Genetic Counselor, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or other advanced clinical licensure
• 5+ years of oncology clinical experience, including at least 3 years in oncology clinical research
• Proven experience in building and scaling clinical programs with demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced clinical knowledge in oncology and understanding of clinical trial design and inclusion/exclusion criteria
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and effectively manage large datasets related to clinical trials
