California Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Medical Oncology Management - Remote - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive direct patient care to cancer patients, including those receiving oral chemotherapy
• Conduct clinical reviews, patient education, and management for patients on oral oncolytics
• Offer drug information, optimize drug therapy, and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience
• Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California
• BLS certification as per pharmacy policy
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology and common disease states
