California Licensed Oncology Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist - Medical Oncology Management - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive direct patient care to cancer patients, including those with leukemia and lymphoma
• Assist in the management of adult patients receiving oral chemotherapy and provide clinical review and patient education
• Ensure regulatory compliance, optimize drug therapy, and provide drug information as needed

Required Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent practice experience
• Current pharmacist licensure in the State of California
• BLS certification as required for pharmacy practice
• Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, disease states, and pharmacological principles
