California Licensed Oncology RN

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Oncology RN, the remote position will deliver comprehensive cancer care by providing support, education, and clinical interventions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team to improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for cancer patients and caregivers, conducting clinical assessments to identify and address patient concerns
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to provide high-quality care and develop clinical protocols
• Engage with patients throughout their journey to address clinical needs, including symptom management and care escalations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• Unrestricted active Registered Nurse (RN) license with eligibility for additional state licenses; Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) multi-state license required
• Minimum of 7 years of nursing experience, including at least 5 years in oncology settings
• Oncology-related certifications such as OCN, AOCN, AOCNS, or CCM required
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred
