California Licensed Operations Analyst

Job Summary

To support the California LifeLine program, the full-time remote California Licensed Operations Analyst will manage data analysis, reporting, and process improvement while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and document operational business requirements and processes, clarifying any discrepancies
• Perform internal reporting and analyze data to support program activities and management decision-making
• Work with stakeholders to track and resolve customer inquiries and operational issues, while identifying opportunities for process improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
• Experience managing customer inquiries and familiarity with Jira ticketing systems
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
