Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Director - Organ Recovery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight for organ recovery clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead operational decision-making during high-acuity organ recovery events
• Develop workflows and strategies to enhance the organ recovery program and drive business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, Biological Sciences, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in transplantation, OPO operations, or clinical operations
• Operational leadership experience with a focus on performance improvement
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of organ procurement and UNOS/OPTN standards
