California Licensed Operations Technician

Job Summary

To support operations at the Forward RNG Facility in Manteca, CA, the full-time California Licensed Operations Technician will ensure plant safety, compliance, and reliability while managing daily operations and maintenance activities with a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and promote a safety-centric team culture while ensuring compliance with DOT requirements
• Operate and maintain the facility in compliance with permits, coordinating maintenance activities efficiently
• Support the Plant Manager in budgeting, cost management, and continuous improvement initiatives for plant reliability

Required qualifications:

• High School graduate or GED
• Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in operation and maintenance within an industrial setting
• Valid US driver's license
• Experience in Renewable Natural Gas or Natural Gas Pipeline Operations and Maintenance is preferred
• Formal technical training through military service, trade school, or relevant industrial experience is desired
