Job Summary

Seeking a compassionate California Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LCSW) for a full-time remote position, responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing short-term therapy for diverse patient populations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and establish treatment plans
• Provide short-term therapy services for patients of all ages, focusing on a range of diagnoses
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including psychiatry and case management

Required qualifications

• Active California LCSW license required
• Bilingual in Spanish and able to provide patient care in this language
• Availability for 30-32 hours per week during PST hours
• Experience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly immigrant populations preferred
