Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Specialist- California (Bilingual).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral sources while conducting consultations to understand client needs
• Analyze client feedback to identify program growth opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for lead strategies
• Provide case management guidance and support to enhance customer experience and address complex client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with substantial professional experience in a related field considered in lieu of a degree
• Proven experience in customer engagement, relationship management, or sales focused on customer experiences
• Background in case management, preferably with the ability to assess complex client needs
• Experience in customer service, retail, or high-volume inquiry environments is desirable
• Bilingual in Spanish or Korean
