California Licensed Outside Sales Advisor

Job Summary

Generating sales through company-provided leads, the full-time California Licensed Outside Sales Advisor will conduct in-person meetings and preplanning seminars with families while also having the option to sell remotely using provided telecommunication tools.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and build a network of customers and sales leads from company-provided sources
• Communicate with clients to identify their needs and suggest appropriate products and services
• Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing relationship management and resolve post-sale issues

Required qualifications

• High school education or equivalent; 1-2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
• Current California Limited Life Individual Agent License
• 1-2 years of Business to Consumer sales experience preferred
• Current state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Completion of PAA Curriculum Certification within the first 30 days of employment
