A company is looking for a Paralegal (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Drafts and edits national and state-level underwriting communications
• Tracks, monitors, and analyzes legislative activity related to real estate in all 50 states
• Assists with drafting policy manuals, rate manuals, and provides guidance on regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Completion of a paralegal program preferred
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a Paralegal
• Paralegal certification preferred
• General knowledge of the legislative process
