A company is looking for a Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys during all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including research and trial preparation
• Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation schedules for efficient case management
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents, and facilitate communication with clients and court personnel

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in insurance coverage or defense cases
• Strong understanding of legal processes, court systems, and filing procedures
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fully remote environment
• Familiarity with eDiscovery practices and electronic record management
