Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Solid understanding of employment litigation processes and eDiscovery best practices
• Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts
• Prior experience working at a leading national law firm or highly regarded boutique firm preferred
