Job Summary

To support the PERM/IV team remotely, a full-time California Licensed Paralegal will manage the preparation and filing of non-immigrant and immigrant visa applications, including drafting job descriptions and communicating with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Building and applying knowledge of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting necessary documentation
• Drafting and organizing forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager
• Communicating with clients regarding visa instructions and processing government correspondence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record (STEM majors preferred)
• 3-5 years of PERM experience required
• Strong analytical, critical, and quantitative thinking skills
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently
