Job Summary

To support a highly successful finance law firm, the full-time California Licensed Paralegal will prepare closing documentation for financings, distribute execution packages, collect signatures, and ensure funds are set up for timely wire transfers, with a mix of remote and occasional in-office work in San Mateo County.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage closing documentation for financial transactions
• Distribute execution packages and collect necessary signatures
• Ensure funds are set up to be wired and received by closing dates

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years of legal or financial industry experience, preferably in transactional work
• Desire to pursue a long-term career as a corporate paralegal
• Strong written communication skills with proficiency in document preparation and editing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
