Job Summary
To support a highly successful finance law firm, the full-time California Licensed Paralegal will prepare closing documentation for financings, distribute execution packages, collect signatures, and ensure funds are set up for timely wire transfers, with a mix of remote and occasional in-office work in San Mateo County.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
