California Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and highly organized, the full-time California Licensed Paralegal will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to attorneys, including case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and file management, initially working onsite for the first 90 days before transitioning to a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and gather relevant documentation, including statutes and case law
• Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, filing deadlines, and trial support

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
