California Licensed Paralegal

Job Summary

Supporting a busy California practice, the part-time California Licensed Paralegal will prepare legal documents, organize case information, and assist with court-related tasks, potentially in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with California court matters, including foreclosure and creditor-related cases
• Prepare, review, and file legal documents while tracking deadlines and filing requirements
• Maintain organized files and communicate professionally with attorneys, clients, and court personnel

Required qualifications:

• California Licensed Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred
• Prior experience in a law firm or legal department, particularly with California court matters
• Practical knowledge of California court procedures and filing requirements
• Experience with creditors' rights, foreclosure, or real estate matters is preferred
• Training or experience with legal document preparation and case management systems is a plus
