California Licensed Paralegal
Job Summary
Supporting a well-established real estate organization, the remote contract California Licensed Paralegal will assist attorneys with various legal matters, focusing on eminent domain, condemnation, and property-related transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Support attorneys with a broad range of real estate legal matters, including condemnation and eminent domain cases
- Draft and review easements, conveyance documents, settlement agreements, and other real estate-related legal documents
- Conduct title and survey reviews and assist with case management and tracking
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program
- Experience supporting real estate transactions, title review, leasing, contracts, or property-related matters strongly preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- California Notary Public is highly preferred
