Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare regulatory filings and other documents for state and federal agencies
• Assist in responding to state audits and maintain corporate documents
• Research statutes and regulations, providing support to health plans and legal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of paralegal experience, with at least 3 years in managed healthcare
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Associate Degree or Paralegal Certificate or equivalent
• Knowledge of NAIC regulations and state insurance departments
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
