Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the contract-to-perm California Licensed Paralegal Specialist will independently manage substantive corporate transactions and compliance projects in a hybrid work environment, utilizing advanced corporate knowledge and technical tools.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers using specialized software
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Assist with the formation of corporations and maintain compliance documentation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Direct experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Hands-on experience with electronic data rooms and compliance technology
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate; California Paralegal Requirements must be met
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor interactions
