Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the temporary-to-hire Contract Paralegal Specialist will independently manage corporate transactions, compliance projects, and capitalization tables in a hybrid work environment across various office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers using specialized software
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Assist with entity formations and manage data rooms and document control processes

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Hands-on experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Proven ability to manage large volumes of data and operate with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate; California Paralegal Requirements must be met
• Exceptional communication skills for interfacing with high-profile clients and partners
