Job Summary

To support a prestigious law firm, the temporary-to-hire Contract Paralegal Specialist will independently manage corporate transactions, compliance projects, and cap table management in a hybrid work environment across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers using specialized software
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Assist with entity formation and maintenance, including drafting by-laws and preparing stock certificates

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Hands-on experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Ability to manage large volumes of data and operate independently
• Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate; California Paralegal Requirements must be met
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client and vendor interactions
