• Perform and maintain capitalization tables and stock ledgers using specialized software
• Organize, prepare, and file corporate legal documents for major transactions
• Assist with the formation of entities and manage corporate governance documentation

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of paralegal experience specializing in corporate law
• Hands-on experience with equity management tools like Carta and Pulley
• Proficient in managing electronic data rooms and signature platforms
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate, with California Paralegal Requirements met
