Job Summary

California Licensed Paralegal Supervisor, oversees the daily operations of the paralegal department in a full-time role, managing workload distribution, mentoring, training, and ensuring compliance and procedural efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and train a team of paralegals while balancing workloads and scheduling
• Develop and implement standardized procedures for document management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Act as a liaison between paralegals and partners to optimize workflows and ensure compliance with court rules

Required Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Minimum 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience
• Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a law firm environment
• Deep knowledge of Construction Defect and Personal Injury procedures, eDiscovery tools, and e-filing systems
• Proficiency with legal research tools
