California Licensed Paralegal Trainer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an L&D Paralegal Training Specialist to develop and implement training programs for paralegals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a comprehensive paralegal training curriculum and develop effective training materials
• Deliver live virtual workshops on various legal topics and assist in recruiting guest speakers
• Assess learning needs and provide ongoing support, mentoring, and performance tracking for paralegals

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a paralegal in family law or a comparable area of law
• Experience in designing and delivering legal training or educational programs
• Strong working knowledge of family law procedures in at least one relevant state
• Background in instructional design or adult learning theory is preferred
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft 365, Adobe, and LMS platforms
