Job Summary
Acting as both the account owner and strategic relationship lead, the full-time California Licensed Partner Success Manager will manage and nurture relationships with high-impact real estate partners while identifying and engaging new opportunities to drive regional growth remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain high-impact partner relationships through strategic account plans aligned with partners' growth goals
- Develop annual business plans and strategic roadmaps tailored to each partner, focusing on measurable goals to achieve 100% Net Dollar Retention
- Drive regional expansion by recruiting top-performing luxury agents and teams, while collaborating with internal teams to execute sales cycles
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, or sales; licensed broker is a plus
- 8+ years of experience in residential real estate with knowledge of local industry associations and market trends
- Proven leadership abilities to guide and motivate top-performing agents
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of P&L statements, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies based on market conditions
