Job Summary

Providing essential support in a remote capacity, the full-time California Licensed Patient Coordinator will review clinical triage next steps, schedule patient appointments, and maintain accurate patient information while delivering exceptional customer service to patients and clinic staff.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate clinical triage next steps and schedule patient appointments
  • Update patient, guarantor, and insurance information in CHLA systems
  • Answer and screen incoming calls while ensuring excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical front office setting or hospital scheduling/admissions call center
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care systems
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
