Job Summary
A company is looking for a Region Manager Patient Experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive consistent patient experience practices and apply standards across the region
- Manage the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient experience programs and initiatives
- Engage and collaborate with local market leadership and teams to optimize patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration with leadership experience
- MBA or MHA degree preferred
- Project Management experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB) is ideal but not required
