Job Summary

A company is looking for a Region Manager Patient Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive consistent patient experience practices and apply standards across the region
  • Manage the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of patient experience programs and initiatives
  • Engage and collaborate with local market leadership and teams to optimize patient experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare administration with leadership experience
  • MBA or MHA degree preferred
  • Project Management experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB) is ideal but not required
