Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient financial inquiries and the accounts receivable lifecycle, focusing on billing questions and payment resolutions
• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances, clarify insurance benefits, and perform timely follow-up on collections
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and HIPAA standards while maintaining accurate patient account documentation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center or high-volume patient support environment
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle functions
• 1+ years of remote working experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience; associate degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
