Job Summary

To support a dynamic patient-focused environment, the full-time California Licensed Patient Financial Specialist will manage patient financial inquiries, resolve complex billing questions, and facilitate timely payment resolution while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Proactively contact patients regarding outstanding balances and clarify insurance benefits
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide detailed, patient-oriented service
  • Review and reconcile patient and insurance balances to ensure accuracy and compliance
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a healthcare call center or high-volume patient support environment
  • 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance claims, or healthcare revenue cycle functions
  • 1+ years of remote working experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. healthcare revenue cycle functions and HIPAA regulations
