Job Summary

Overseeing all functions within the patient financial services department, the full-time California Licensed Patient Financial Supervisor will manage daily operations, provide technical leadership, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manages daily operations and supervises staff in the patient financial services department, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies
• Monitors key performance metrics, drives performance to meet benchmarks, and reviews adjustments and account placements
• Conducts performance reviews, participates in employee development, and leads by example to create a respectful and accountable work environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
• Five years of experience in patient financial services or medical revenue cycle department preferred
• Master's Degree preferred
• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred
