Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Payer Analytics Consultant to join their Payment Strategy Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic consultant to executive leadership in financial modeling and statistical analysis for payer reimbursement methodologies
• Conduct complex financial analysis to support organizational decision making regarding payer reimbursement outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor subordinate staff to achieve payer reimbursement objectives

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years of experience in financial healthcare reimbursement analysis
• Knowledge of financial modeling methods and provider reimbursement methodologies
• Familiarity with healthcare industry terms and financial statements
• Experience with Medicare and/or Medi-Cal (Medicaid) is a plus
