Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Payroll Product Manager who will optimize payroll processes for a large employee base.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary product owner for Workday US Payroll, managing requirements to deployment
• Maintain the payroll roadmap in alignment with HR and Finance goals
• Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws and oversee integrations with various systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of Workday Payroll experience with product ownership or leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll regulations and operations
• Experience with Time & Attendance, Absence Management, and Benefits integration
• Excellent project management skills
