Job Summary

To support prior authorization processes, the part-time California Licensed PBM Pharmacist will review and approve medication requests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate prior authorization requests for medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication use
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of authorization decisions

Required qualifications

• Current California Pharmacist License
• Experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) or prior authorization
• Knowledge of medication therapy management and clinical guidelines
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
