California Licensed P&C Leader

Job Summary

Driving client excellence and operational performance, the full-time California Licensed P&C Leader will manage relationships with private equity firms and portfolio companies remotely while overseeing talent development, operational execution, and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, driving client retention and growth
• Lead and develop high-performing Property & Casualty service teams across the West Coast
• Monitor regional profitability and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Property & Casualty brokerage experience
• Experience working with Private Equity firms and portfolio companies preferred
• Strong technical expertise in commercial P&C, alternative risk, and loss-sensitive programs
• Proven leadership experience in a multi-office or regional environment
• Active Property & Casualty License required; CPCU, CIC, ARM, or similar designation preferred
