Job Summary

Driven by success, the full-time California Licensed P&C Producer will manage the entire business development lifecycle, cultivate relationships with nonprofit clients, and ensure client retention while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute a business development plan to drive new business and meet production goals
• Partner with the customer service team to support nonprofit clients and maintain high client retention
• Build relationships with carriers to stay informed on products, trends, and underwriting requirements

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial lines sales experience with a proven growth record
• California Property/Casualty Producer License
• High School Diploma/GED
